Overview
In this project, the consultant identified the grand challenges that face highway winter maintenance operations and the research needed to address them based on the input provided by the participants of a workshop. These participants included members from the AASHTO Highway Subcommittee on Maintenance, personnel from public agencies that conduct winter maintenance, the Federal Highway Administration, academia, and consultants.Source Organization Location
