2025 TSMO Awards. 2025 Category Winners

The NOCoE TSMO Awards celebrate the TSMO strategies and tools that leverage existing infrastructure to increase safety and reliability. Each year, NOCoE awards winners in four TSMO Award categories. For 2025, the category winners were:


The TSMO Award 2025 Overall Winner and Joey Sagal TSMO Leadership Award Winner will be announced at the 2025 CTSO Annual Meeting on July 29th from 12pm-1:30pm ET.

Traffic Management Systems, Data, and Managing Disruptions

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is hosting a six-part Managing Disruptions Together: A Data Exchange Webinar Series. This series highlights efforts by transportation agencies, researchers, and private-sector partners to integrate data describing disruptions in transportation operations management. The third session is August 7, 2025 with Traffic Management Systems, Data, and Managing Disruptions. It features perspectives from traffic management system users and developers on sharing high-quality, trusted data on nonrecurring events, such as crashes, work zones, and weather disruptions.
