TSMO Practitioners: Please Share Your Feedback

The NCHRP 08-182 research team is seeking feedback through a digital survey from representatives of transportation agencies that support the planning, design, operations, maintenance, and/or communication of an agency's Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSMO) Program. NCHRP 08-182: Playbook for Communicating Benefits of TSMO Strategies Using System Performance Data was designed to develop a TSMO Communication Playbook for state agencies to communicate the value of TSMO in a poignant and data-driven way.

This survey is intended for representatives of public agency TSMO programs, either by direct employment or contracted program management support. In this survey, we are seeking responses and feedback based on your agency's TSMO practices and communication strategies. Your responses are greatly appreciated and will be used to guide this research effort.

This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete, and you are encouraged to collaborate with other members of your team to provide a response on behalf of your agency. The Microsoft Form survey can be found at this link: https://forms.office.com/r/B2NfYcppaP. Please complete the survey by Tuesday, July 8, 2025.

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. You are welcome to share this survey with others in your organization or professional network that you feel would provide beneficial feedback.
