Overview
Research was conducted to explore and identify the issues with and approaches to applying the Rule to design-build projects and how this affects the project development process. In-depth research was done through two case study sites to further examine the issues and identify successes, challenges, and tips. This leaflet summarizes the key points and uses the two case studies to illustrate successes and challenges.
