Overview
This document is an agreement between the Pennsylvania DOT and another party, to be used when PENNDOT wishes to share highway event data, including video, with other agencies and organizations. This agreement will be used in the hopes that the information shared will benefit the general public and make the highways of Pennsylvania safer overall.
This document outlines all of the specifics of an agreement of this kind, and includes a signture page and a Contractor Integrity Provisions section.
