This Amplified Work Plan provides an overview of the project team’s approach to the research and documentation to fulfill the specifications for the Reliability L05: Incorporating Reliability Performance Measures into the Transportation Planning and Programming Processes. This Amplified Work Plan expands on the research plan and proposal; including clarifications that will further define the process the research team will undertake to complete the work.
