Key Elements in a MPO TSMO Plan

Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPO) across the country benefit from the establishment of Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSMO) program plans. Though MPOs are not normally owner-operators, TSMO program plans can focus on the strategic elements, including the business case, TSMO vision, mission, purpose, goals and objectives, and relevant TSMO strategies.
