Overview
The 2016 TRB Annual Meeting comes at a pivotal juncture in the continuing movement towards adoption of a TSM&O culture both within State DOT’s and the broader transportation community at large. We continue the transition from an end to the SHRP 2 Research Program to a “next generation” TSM&O Research Framework.
