· Webinar:    We will have remote connectivity (i.e., webinar functionality) in place for the meeting.  We would like those planning to connect remotely to also register, so please email Megan Helsel at Helsel_Megan@bah.com.  We’ll send out directions to connect at a later time.

· Reimbursement Eligibility:   We will continue to cover travel expenses for two representatives per State DOT (i.e., from the Operations side and the Maintenance side).  All reimbursements will be handled by Booz Allen Hamilton on behalf of FHWA, following the meeting.
